In years past, only the top racers/athletes in the world had a mental training program. Why you ask? Mainly because of the expense it once was and only the top racers/athletes had the support and knowledge of it even being available. But times have changed, and the SECRET is out! Mental training is very quickly becoming a necessity to compete at the top level in all sports nowadays, as it is not the dark hidden secret it once was. Top racers such as Ricky Carmichael, Jeremy McGrath, Ryan Villopoto, Kenny Roberts, Nicky Hayden, Carl Edwards, Lance Armstrong, myself any many others use this type of training to get an edge on the competition, and you better too! There is a reason that I was able to be one of the oldest ever in the 100 year history of my sport to win Grand National Championship races and Championships, and Mental Training was my SECRET! I just say un-known because most people think that the best racers/athletes in the world have all of this "natural talent" that others do not. Then some others that have heard of Mental Training think they already know it all or they are too good for this type of training. Wrong! You better think again if this is the way you are thinking and you truly do want to move your performance to the Next Level. The Mental Training program will be much like a physical fitness program. You wouldn't expect to achieve the fitness results of someone who followed a well-defined fitness program by haphazardly going to the gym every once in a while, right? So to achieve the Mental "fitness level" that you want and need to win at the top step, you will need to follow a specific program that I will set up for you after evaluation. Fortunately this will not require major changes to your life style. On average, it's approximately 10 to 15 minutes, twice per day, 4 or 5 days a week, that you can work in at your convenience.
